Position:Production Manager for Fancy yarn

Job Resbonsibility

*Be responsible for operation management of production workshop.

*Control the production and operation status at any time, coordinate the communication and cooperation between various departments, solve all kinds of problems in the production process timely, train, motivate and lead the subordinate team. 

*Arrange work according to production plan, ensure production plan is completed on time and in quantity.

*Establish perfect department rules and regulations to standardize production process and employee behavior.

*Have comprehensive cost control, production site management and personnel management experience.

Position qualifications 

*Have textile education background or related professional degree, love textile industry and willing to engage in the industry. 

*Be proficient in production management, process quality control, equipment management, site 6S and safety management; Strong ability to work under pressure.  

*Have more than 10 years of management experience in the same industry, and be familiar with textile industry market and domestic and foreign market of products.

*Articulate, clear, fluent in expression, quick in thinking. Have strong communication and coordination skills.

*Have rigorous working attitude and a great wealth of leading experience.
