OEKO-TEX®Standard 100 is an independent organization that tests and certifies textile raw materials, intermediate products and final products at all stages of the production process.

Products that can be submitted for inspection and certification include: raw and dyed/finished yarns, raw and dyed/finished fabrics and knitwear, finished products (all kinds of clothing, home and household textiles, bedding, terry fabrics, textile toys, etc.)

The Global Recycling Standard (GRS) is dedicated to providing certification of recyclable products or ingredients for the textile industry and other industries.

GRS also provides a tracking certification system to ensure that certified products are supported by international environmental protection agencies.

To obtain GRS certification,all companies including semi-finished products suppliers involed in manufacturing and trading products must be up to GRS standards.

The Responsible Wool Standard is an independent voluntary global standard that clearly stipulates the five freedoms of sheep’s welfare and land management practices.o

Passing production management certification ensures that the wool supply chain is fully certified and traceable.

Textiles with GOTS label grade "organic" must contain at least 95% certified organic fiber; and products with label grade "X% organic" must contain at least 70% certified organic fiber.T

All chemical additives, such as dyes, auxiliaries, etc., must meet the specified environmental and toxicological standards.

All production activities related to water treatment must be treated by effective sewage treatment plants and all treatment equipment must meet minimum social standards.  

The Organic Content Standard (OCS) is applicable to any non-food product that contains 5%-100% organic origin.

OCS will be transparent and consistent in its independent assessment of the organic content of products.

The standard can be used as a business tool between companies to help companies ensure that the products they purchased and sold meet specifications.
